charges them a hefty amount up front

and then a huge percentage of whatever they recover. *That is…if they even recover anything. Sometimes they claim they could not recover anything and keep the full amount. nTHEY KEPT MY MONEY AND DIDNT EVEN TRY COLLECTING MY TIMESHARE. Apparently some people had good experiences getting their money back. However I have gotten emails from at least a dozen others that never got anything back. They paid Gonzalez and Gonzalez hefty deposits

and never saw one penny. This would be fine
