When we received a call to attend a presentation and in return get for some freebies, my husband encourage me to go . The freebies were a $ 50.00 worth of gift card to Red Lobster , a voucher for a 4 day- cruise and a 2 nights stay at any hotel of our choice ( in their list ) . nIt was 4 years ago as of today ( June 20th ) when we attended that presentation that we got victimized by this company. I just now realized after coming across this website by accident ( when i searching for the grancrowneleisure.com that how many people have been also victims.nTo make my experience short , I never used the free cruise voucher or the 2 night stay at any fo their hotels. I tried using their travel agency to book airline ticket or find hotels where are traveling to and then comapred them to the offers the airlines and other online booking agency and Grand Crowne Leisure NEVER BEAT THE PRICES I had given them ,they have been giving me excuses here and there why they can get a better deal. So in other words I PAID FOR NOTHING. And still paying because every June , I get this bill for $149.00 for their MAINTENACE FEE – of what ? nI hope that there will be a class action suit against this company soon so everyone that were victims can get every dollar we paid them .
