We joined Grand Crowne Travel in Branson, MO. July 2005. We are suppose to have access to the website in order to look for deals on travel but we can not access to it. We have tried calling the number many times but have not been able to get hold of someone to get us access to this. We have tried using this service a few times but we were able to find better deals on Travelocity, orbtiz and expedia. Grand Crowne supposedly has Price Match Guarantee but whenever we call about this we are told that the trip we were planning did not qualify for this. We can’t use our diamond rewards because we can’t get on the website. We are suppose to receive money in our account yearly to travel with but we can’t seem to access or get hold of anyone. If by chance you do get hold of someone, you keep getting transferred around and never acutally get any help. Please do not sign up with this company they are a total ripoff, It’s sad that Grand Crowne treats hard working Americans this way. IF THERE ARE ANY CLASS ACTION PROCEEDINGS OR LAWSUITS AGAINST GRAND CROWNE, PLEASE LET US KNOW It’s sad to know we will have to pay them a yearly maintance fee forever but I do not want my credit to suffer because of my stupidity.
