Complaint: I hate it when things like this happen. My sister and I are trying to start and small business and wanted to have access to grants because we don’t have a lot of money to do this.This is the reason why we ordered the CD from Grant Assist because we only had to pay $2.97. Then I see on my bank statement that I was charged another $57.93 for who knows what! I got on their website to call them and they don’t have a phone number. They hide behind some email account and when you submit your email they send you a ticket number to refer to. I now have two ticket numbers and nobody has responded. And this has been three weeks now! I am outraged!! What do I do?
