I had been a customer of Gunbroker.com for a few months with over 68 positive ratings. I purchased a product from one of there sellers RAVENSGUN66, sent payment and never received my items. There was another auction won with the same seller, I sent payment, payment got lost in the mail and the auctions were relisted, the seller reported it to Gunbroker and they suspended my account. Meanwhile I still had not received the first item from this seller. I attempted to log on to leave the proper feedback but was not allowed to by Gunbroker, I contacted the seller and they refused to answer my emails, I contacted Gunbroker via email through there resolutions dept. (NO PHONE OR ADDRESS IS AVAILABLE) and they responded that they would contact the seller. They still refused to reinstate my account so that I could leave proper feedback on the seller. nI emailed Gunbroker again, and they stated that the seller had shipped the item and had proof! I said send me the proof of the shipment, they said they would contact the seller. I emailed again and again, and to this date over 5 weeks later, I still have not gotten a response from Gunbroker or the seller as to where the tracking number or proof of shipment is!! The seller RAVENSGUN66 does not answer my emails, Gunbroker does not answer my requests, they simply seem to not care!! I am out over $300.00 and Gunbroker seems to have helped this seller in defrauding me. Gunbroker claims to have insurance, they claim to have a secure sight and that there sellers are screened, however, when there is a problem, the truth is they could care less about the consumer. nGunbroker has not contact information, not even an address to mail to! They handle everything via email and only answer emails that benefit them. Consumers beware if you buy from Gunbroker or Gunbroker.com‘s affiliates!
