Hilton Grand Vacations has sent us a bill for $243.50 on September 10, 2009. The amount due is inaccurate according to our records. We have called many times and when we explain to them what the nature of our issue is, they give us their Portfolio Services Department # 888-875-4479. We have called that number and they never answer. We have left messages on their answering machine and they never return them. Earlier this year the company sent us to collections before for being late with ONE DAY and now it’s a whole month and we can’t get anyone to return a phone call. This is not the way you treat someone who pays you $1,000 in Annual Club Fees.
