This is the second time I wrote this complaint, the first one never was published. But let’s get to it. My wife book a hotel room with the Holiday Inn in Salem N.H.,when she was done they transferred her to a time share sales person who talked her into paying $199.00 for a 3 night stay at Myrtle beach S.C. I found out later about what she signed on for so I called them back and tried to explain we wouldn’t be able to attend their promotion. Right away I was told no refunds, and I explained to them that my wife has AlzheImer’s and was probably a little confused and just went along with it not really understanding what she was doing. Well they could care less about my situation and making sure they didn’t have to give me a refund .I asked to talk to a supervisor and she told me I have to have her doctor to send medical information and they would review it.I have no intension sending them and medical info. If anyone is dealing with this group please check other reviews about their misgivings,I’m pretty sure it is a bait and switch scam. Another thing I found out is that the &199.00 isn’t enough for them if you can’t show up, then they try to charge you 300.00 for not showing up on top of the $199.00. The best thing people can do is to stay clear of these people. My opinion is when you deal with anyone so desperate for money the way this group is, STAY CLEAR.
