The management double-billed me for the room. Generally speaking, not a big deal. But then they decided, after being made aware of the problem, to tell me there was nothing they could do about it. Then, the manager wouldn’t call me so we could straighten out what should have been a simple refund. It is now two weeks after my stay, the front desk informs me their manager is never there (and you can tell by their level of customer service). So, now my bank is going to do a chargeback for me. Look, when you bill customers you might have errors from time to time…not a big deal. But when you don’t work to remedy those errors that starts saying something about the kind of company you have…and sadly, I won’t be stay at this hotel ever again.
