We rented a damaged video and returned next day. Manager was rude and indicated he would extend rental time if we had only notified him earlier (earlier than what?). nStore manager after being contacted actually wanted to work this complaint like an agrument making sure to check “both”” sides of the story. nWhat bad customer service. I paid for 5 days

then a moron who wanted to dispute and inform me that I must have not been listening. Clearly not customer focus and don’t even know when they are wrong. nAll this over to what amounts to be $1.00. They have lost a customer for life (wonder what that is worth). nMy advice –> DON’T Rent from Hollywood Video. nAndynWest Chester
