$1000 order has taken over 3 1/2 months to resolve & I still am missing half of my order. Many items came in broken, wrong & missing a part. Over 2 dozen phone calls, emails, hold time, returns forms, etc, still waiting. They cannot resolve issues in a timely manner. I should have went to a local specialty home store & ordered the items right from the manufacturer. Then they could be inspected before I took them home. It would have been well worth paying the extra money. nNow I have to call the credit card company & spend a ton more time filling out more paperwork. I don’t want my money back I want my lights.
