This has to be the most disorganised or dishonest company I have ever dealt with. nBrief synopsis: Ordered jeans costing $130 in April 2002, received email confirming order. July 2002 my credit card was charged but no jeans received. Continual answerphone at these offices, finally spoke to Mr Peter DelRio (co-founder) in December 2002 who advised that the jeans had not even been cut yet (remember, my card was charged in July 2002). Mr DelRio promised a full refund within 48 hours and to cancel the order. nSurprise, surprise, here I am, almost at the end of March 2003 trying to shame this company into refunding my money. This is 11 months after I placed my order and 8 months after they took my money. No sign of the jeans (which probaly wouldn’t even bloody fit now, anyway!) and no refund to my credit card. nTheft is a harsh word but what else would you call it? I’m still battling with my credit card company to reverse this transaction and get this company reported for unethical behaviour.
