Complaint: I made an IMVU account this year. I spent more than $300 on my avi, outfits, hair, shoes, accessories, VIP, AP ect…Its been a week that I havent been on IMVU due to a email that I received saying that I was banned permanently with no explinations. I tried getting in contact with them but I couldnt because i had to be logged in, in order to request for a help ticket. So I made another account just so I can request for the help ticket. After all that was done I received only 2 emails from IMVU, 1) Was to let me know that they received my complaint. 2) Was to ask me for more information to clarify if it was really me..? I did all that asap! But no help yet! They took my money and erased my account! seriously? I told them that I wanted my account back because I havent violated any rule, I also told them that if giving my account back was an issue then I needed all of my money back. This is ridiculous! I lost everything because they want to be ripoffs! I hope the day comes so everybody whos been played by IMVU sue them!
