We sat through a vacation club presentation that offered us a 3 day trip to several possible destinations for viewing their presentation. The people at the presentatioin gave us a sheet giving us a description of what we needed to do to claim our prize. There are several instructions that need to be adhered to in order to claim the prize. If you mess up on ANYTHING, even the smallest detail, you don’t get your prize. I think we messed up by not sending the amount an appropriate money order….i think it had to be from the post office and we bought it at an Albertsons store or something….anyway it was some dumb formality like that, so they informed us we do not qualify for our trip. This was annoying, but is not the reason for our report. I told them that fine, we don’t get our trip, I am not going to argue with them, but we want our 100 deposit back. They said no problem, and they gave us some more instructions on how to get our money back…we had to fax a document that requests our money back, which we did…I have a copy of the sheet we sent them several months ago, December 4, 2009, to be exact. At this point, we have not recieved our money and we have called and left messages for these guys. I think they have stolen our deposit. This is more than bad customer service. This is an absolute scam, and they have taken our money and won’t give it back. This shouldn’t have happened and we want our 100 back. I ask INFINITY incentives one more time to give us our money back. As soon as they do, I will up date this post.
