Complaint: I was looking on the internet for A program for my other computer, Windows 7 Ultima. I did A search for the program And instocksoftware had the program. I put in my order And paid $69.99 for the program that I looked up on the internet. I didn’t get my order in a couple weeks, So I contacted customer support by E-mail. I was trying to get my order, Or my money back. I was trying to call them, And E-mail them I could not get through. I thought I’d been had so after about 28 to 29 day went by I called my bank, And told them I got scammed on that transaction. They said we will see what we can do. About 1 day later I got A package in the mail from instocksoftware. It was not what I saw on the internet, It looked like A Boot-leg copy so I was Afraid to put the program in my computer. I called Microsoft, I asked if it was ok. the girl said the program is Activated. So I went on, But when I put the disk in would not run the program. And after that I think it might not even be the program that I was ordering. That why feel like I got scammed, And there is nothing I can do about it. I can’t take the program they sent back to Canada, I in the u.s. I kind of think that they would not refund my money, Because If your placing A order, And paying them you can get through. But if you have problem like I did, Can’t get through. I just don’t feel like they held up there end of this transaction. And I am reporting this as A scam to help others.
