Complaint: My daughter was looking for a Teacup Yorkie for her Sweet 16th birthday present on line. She email this lady back with the home address and the phone number. The lady told her that. She will drop the puppy to this shipping company and you will received an email from the shipping company with the information. A few minutes later. My daughter received a email from the International Cargo Movers. Before they can shipped the puppy out. We have to send $100.00 by Western Union. On 7/6/10 we had sended the money. Next day, they email her and told her that the early flight will be the next day @ 8:00am. Next day come. They email my daughter back and told her that she have to pay for the cost of crate…….$200 Transfer of ownership document……$250 Insurance Cost…………………$310 TOTAL: $760. Once we receive the puppy. They will refund the money back. So, I email the lady and the company back and told them I don’t have the money right now. The company told us that the owner had already paid $650 and we just pay them $110 and do not contact them by email. Now, they keep on calling my daughter.
