Just trying to figure out what’s going on here: I purchased a hotel voucher for the Hampton Inn in Richfield, Ohio back on December 24, 2012. The voucher states that it is still valid until December 24, 2013. I called the hotel today to book a room using the voucher, but the hotel no longer accepts vouchers from JB Dollar Stretcher. I tried to go to the Web site, jbdollar.com, but it doesn’t exist anymore. I looked up the company and found this site, which recommended that I try two different phone numbers: 330-659-3590 & 1-800-673-2531. Both lines have been disconnected. According to other reports on this site, there is no longer an office location either. And I did purchase this voucher specifically through JB Dollar’s Web site. I have used this service in the past for other tourist sites and have not had a problem.
