My son purchased an opal ring for his girlfriend. She wore it 5 days, when she looked down and it was broken in two (metal fatigue in the gold) and the stone was missing. They took it back to the store with the reciept. JC Keepsake refused to replace the broken ring. A phone call to the corporate office brought absolutely no response! Additional pleas and phone calls to the store resulted in complete refusal to warranty the defective product. The value of the ring? $139.00!
