Jet star rang me and told that they had some problem with a flight last night so my seat was given to some other. I informed that I was not happy as I had connection flights booked as well. They told that Jet star would pay the rebocking for my connection flights. BUT THEY DID NOT… I had to call and call them many times before i even got PART OF the extra Night in hotel paid. They offered me discount on next travel with them… Ha Ha Ha I asked what make them thing I ever would fly with Jet star again…
