I purchased an item for my nephews Xmas gift on 12/23/05.nIt was an item priced at $99.99, and I furhter paid an additional $41.87 for Fed Ex 2nd Day Air shipment. nUnfortunately the item arrived well into the New Year, and we had the item returned to JPR Trading Company. nThe last contact we had with them, in November of ’06 in which we finally were able to get a live CSR on the line (versus getting a machine, and leaving a never to be returned message) we were told we would get a full refund, and gave the CSR our Credit Card information. nAs of today, January 5th, 2007, we have STILL not received that refund!!! nThis company obviously has no concept of Customer Service, and I would not recommend making a purchase from them. nAngelanMiddletown, New YorkU.S.A.
