We had the same experience as Linda but she was the smart one and was able to walk away. We were suckered by the hard sell and took the bait. That night we discussed what we had done and realized it was a big mistake. The next morning my husband went to Kis Golf at Concord Mills to cancel the sale. nThe store manager said it was to late to cancel. He said the golf clubs had been ordered and made. My husband asked him how could the golf clubs have been made in less than 16 hours. Manager said they started the order as soon as we left that previous afternoon at 4:30. He told the manager we would be glad to pay for the clubs but were not willing to join the club. The manager said the two set of clubs were $8475.00 because the were made special for us. nWe contacted the corporate office and the Concord location numerous times and were told we would not receive a refund nor be released from the contract. They were arrogant, and I mean arrogant. They knew we were locked into the credit card company and they didn’t care because they had received their money. Kis Golf told us we could take advantage of this great deal or sit on our sofa and watch t.v.. nWe contacted an attorney to help us and after several attempts to settle this terrible situation he wasn’t any further with them than we had gotten. Our only solution was court and which a judgement was taken against Kis Golf. nAt this time we and our attorney are waiting to be reimbursed our money. We had to pay the credit card or our credit would have been ruined. nPlease do not do any business with Kis Golf and Country Club.
