Mine is simple – I made a mistake and ordered from their website. nI just don’t want others to make the same mistake (their phone was always busy back in Sept 2006 and still remains busy). nYou never really know if the items are in-stock and forget about contacting customer service. nTheir email form says allow 7 days for a response. nI have tried to call numerous times throughout the day and it’s always busy. nWe ordered a Christmas present and received the wrong item, we returned and for over a month – their site says ready to ship the correct item. nPLEASE DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM LAKESIDE COLLECTION (it’s not worth the hassle). nJamienMarmet, West VirginiaU.S.A.
