I ordered two pairs of shorts, less than 24 hrs apart. I received one pair within 7 business days and the other did not arrive after 10 days. When I called to inquire, I was told it was shipped and that I should contact USPS for delivery information. nAfter several hours on the phone, I was advised the local postmaster would get back to me, which he did, three days later. The information provided was that I would need to wait, or have the sender call for shipping related claims. nI called Lane Bryant back with this information and was told they do not get involved. I asked the representative for a refund for the product I ordered and did not receive and was told I had to wait 18 days. When asking why, the representative told me they had to research the issue. I told the representative that this research was what I asked for during the first phone call and was told they only do it if they need to process a refund. nTo say the least I was disgusted with the service. A customer should not have to spend several hours over several days to inquire about an order that was lost when the sender is the only one that can file the claim. nJennSan Jose, CaliforniaU.S.A.
