LapLink Meriden

Complaint: After doing my research I decided to purchase and go with LapLink. I purchased the LapLink PC mover to transfer all data from my old computer to the new computer, supposedly highly recommended. I called LapLink in advance to ask about their technical support; as I am not that computer literate. Just a basic user. I was informed, “oh yes”” free tech support to assist all through the process. Was quite excited and relieved with this answer. I was informed that if; along the way a problem occured and an evaluation had to be performed

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on, it is strongly advised to avoid LapLink Meriden in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from LapLink Meriden. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
