Went to smartfares.com to try and book 4 flights. Found a price and decided to purchase but an error appeared and was directed to call LBF to book flight. I called and explained that an error appeared on the website and that i wanted to continue to book the flight. The individual on the other line (Andrea) stated that an error ment that the fair is long longer available at that rate. So she gave me the next time closest to the one i wanted and stated to me that she would wave the site fees. My mistake was believing what she was saying. She booked all four flights for me and said that she would send me an itenerary in about 15 minutes after the transaction. It took 5 hours and 4 phones later for me to finally get an itenerary. When i got it it looked very plain and had a charge of $90 at the bottom. I called Southeast Airlines to confirm the flights and they were booked. I asked if they could send me an itenerary and they did and i noticed that the purchase price on all four tickets were the original price that i wanted. LBF bought the 4 tickets at the original price with my credit card and charged me a higher price. I checked my CC and found that there were 3 transaction done one by the airline ticket and two by LBF Travel. I tried calling back to LBF and it took 3 phone calls to finally get someone. I spoke with a gentleman (David) and asked him why wasnt i given the original price when i asked for it and given a higher price. He stated that the higher price included additional fees. I asked for an itemized list of the fees be sent to me. He stated i will send one out right away, Never received the itemized list of fees, called again the next day spoke to a gentleman (Trenton) and asked for the same thing. Still nothing. I was charged $121.00 for additional fees.
