LifeScape Premier

LifeScape Premier doesn’t have the best customer service. When your appointment is supposed to be at 8:30, you’re 5 minutes early and 8 people came in after you and 8 people were called back before you and you’re still waiting at 9am to be called back, the front desk could say something nicer other than some snooty response of “we have a lot of doctors here and we are an active clinic”. Like, hi, just say something nicer like I’m sorry you’ve had to wait so long let me check on what the hold up is. Rude.

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from LifeScape Premier. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
