Complaint: On Sept 23rd, I’ve sent money from my bank account to pay for virtual currencices online, most notable ETH. After a few hours I saw that I have not been credited for the purchase. I sent an email to support, along with a screenshot of my transaction, a screenshot of the TxtHash which confirms my transaction along the specified address, and a detail account of what happened. No where on their site is this listed, also theirs multiple people experneincing the same issue across their platform for varying amounts in the thousands. Support is not answering tickets, and people are not getting their money or the tokens that they have paid for.
