Complaint: I ordered a queen sized comforter as shown in the ad. Waited over a month for it. Followed the tracking given by the seller. Instead I received a cheap lightweight jacket worth nowhere near the money I paid for the comforter. I contacted them by email many times. They didnu2019t respond. No other contact information available. Took bank statement and my bank filed a fraud case. Went to post office to mail jacket back. The address on mailing package was not sufficient to send it back. Before I ordered anything, I checked out the seller. Information said they were based in New York. My bank statement showed my credit card was charged in London, Great Britain. Package came from China. Since I received my u201cpackageu201d, I have learned this company did the same to hundreds or more people. All I want is my money back, they can have their jacket. We live on a fixed income, this is a home for disabled people. The comforter was for a disabled young man who was very upset to be ripped off.
