My Mother purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag and wallet from Lushbags.com as a Christmas gift for me. Since it was a Christmas gift, she ordered it about 3 weeks prior to Christmas. No one looked at the bag or wallet until I did on Christmas day. I went to use the bag and noticed it was damaged and immediately contacted Lushbags.com. (I e-mailed them on December 26, 2004)I have not used the handbag since. The zipper is completely broken and two of the four handles are torn. She paid a total of $350.00 for the two products. Now, after only a short time of use, the wallet will not snap shut. I contacted Lushbags.com several times regarding this matter with no response. I finally came in touch with the “live chat”” representative

2004. nShe told me that it was too late to return the bag. She said they only accept returns within three days of receiving the product. I cannot obtain a mailing address or phone number for this company and they will not respond to my e-mail’s. The “”chat”” representative refused to give me the mailing info as well. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere!!!! I plan to pursue this and eventually contact the Better Business Bureau. In the mean time DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH LUSHBAGS.COM!!!!! nKimberlynTaylorsville
