Complaint: I recently purchased a Lux Mobile iPhone case via the Lux Mobile website. The case was 64.99 plus 4.95 shipping. After completing the purchase, the email confirmation I received stated that I would soon receive a tracking email, within a day or so. However, I did not hear anything for over 2 weeks. At this point, I became concerned, so I did some research and attempted to contact the company. First, I tried the phone number listed on their website, as I previously included in this report.
