Dear Ms. Malo, Please be advised that I will be filing a formal complaint with the commissioner of Miami-Dade County and will not rest until this issue is resolved. First of all, it is not my responsibility to make sure that each and every toll is registered with your system, that burden is left up to the mechanism when passing through the tolls that WE toll payers pay for and SUNPASS. If your machine is faulty how can the burden be shifted to me? The least your company can do is advise that the mechanism is faulty . How is it that I am being charged tolls selectively? If you take a look at my Sunpass account you will see this is what is happening. Whether you gave me a one time courtesy or not, is not my problem as this not an issue of giving me a courtesy credit, this is a matter of error on yours and any all toll violations I receive since I am a Sunpass customer who’s account is in good standing and has been for 10 years. Or are what you implying is that I was only a sunpass customer one time, like your one time courtesy? Which again is wrong information. Your facts are incorrect and not well taken. If this issue is not cleared up and I am given the benefit of being a Sunpass customer I will reiterate as stated above and contact the commissioner and any and all entities needed to resolve this.
