Fraudulent script and billing insurance

My Complaint: Solicitor phone call stated they would like to send rx for compounding cream for back pain relief. (I had surgery but did not solicit for anything) caller put a nurse on to get info regarding pain and scars and I stated my physician would have to approve, 2 weeks later several creams came to my home by fed x. I called Agevital Pharmacy who made the cream, asked who wrote script and approved. I never saw the physician that wrote script, and never asked for this. A few days later I get explanation of benefits from my insurance and they actually paid this pharmacy close to 8000.00 , 30 day supply of cream. I called insurance and reported and asked why they paid and explained this was fraud. The pharmacy solicitor called once again and stated they needed some information from me to refill. I stated I didn’t want it… guess what Fed x delivered again!

My Demand: Fraud investigation for metapharm, agevital pharmacy, dr ketan desai
