Complaint: NA KEYI SHOES & GARMENT C SHENZHEN IS THE CULPRIT; I would never have ordered from the above; they used a fictitious website of UGGS, AUSTRALIA. I ordered UGGS for my granddaughter on December 6from UGGS, AUSTRALIA (supposedly); my credit card was charged that same day of December 6, but they were never sent. When I attempted to contact the company, via online, their website states they have never heard of my e-mail before and that I have no order to track. My credit card shows as NA KEYI SHOES & GARMENT C SHENZHEN in the amount of $95.37. Now, my granddaughte is without her gift from her grandmother and grandfather. Shameless!! My credit card company is not certain they can refund the charge which is also WRONG! I hope we can take action against these thieves!!!
