Sadly I belive the report about staff and owners to be true. This was once a very good company, but one must ask the question why have so many intelligent, loyal staff left this company – I have lost count this year alone perhaps 12 in a company that employs under 30 employees? I believe that the staff wasn’t fired as such, but due to total change of structure of their role without due consideration or notice they were given no choice but to abondon their committment to the company.Unfortunatly being employed under the Auto entrepreneur scheme which means their employer could avoid paying their social charges, holiday pay, sickness etc, these staff who most were with this company from the birth and helped build the reputation of the business had no rights. Maybe they knew too much about the major tax problem?
