Yesterday, 7/7/2014, I received a ZipCash bill from NTTA. The billing period was from 5/27/14 to 6/26/14. The dates for the toll charges were 1/6/12, 12/22/12, and 12/13/13. So one charge was seven months old, another was 1 1/2 years old, and the last one was 2 1/2 years old. What kind of ridiculous business is this? Is it part of their business plan to hang on to their tolls until everyone has forgotten all about them and can’t remember if they’re correct or not? These people should have to eat every single one of their tolls that is older than three months. This is a travesty! And do I get the same amount of time to pay their d*** bill that it took them to send it??
