I made a reservation online on11/26/2010. I called two days in advance to reconfirm my reservation becausenoconfirmation email was sent to mebut the front desk lady told me there was not a reservation on my name. I made a reservation in another hotel.They had my credit card on file andarriving date.They charged me a no show and refused to credit my credit card card back. The no showamountwas $244.47. The general manager was extremely rude when I explained my situation. Very poor explanation of the eventwas provided. Names are the only way forthey to check reservations? Dothey record calls? Didthey have my credit card information on file? Why did notthey send me the confirmation at booking? As customer I have the right to know all this! I do not accepttheir apologizes! This is a RIPOFF! It was notmy fault! Its not my problem thattheir staff are not profesionally trained to help customers!
