We have bought 3 tickets on Open Loop. The bus was extremely dirty and so wet that it was impossible to sit which was a big health risk for my 75 year old father since the driver was driving very fast and unsafe. There was also the lack of any type of guided tour which was advertised, the headset system did not work. After a long drive the driver stopped to smoke a cigarette and suggested us to use another bus when we complained about the conditions and the lack of guide system. We left the bus and went back to the sales booth to ask for our money back for our tickets which were paid in cash. Cash back or any type of refund was denied, we contacted the office by phone and were forwarded to a manager which never answered the phone nor responded to voice mails. Finally a customer service employee told us to come to the office and we could get a check. Upon arrival neither this employee nor any manager were available, refund was denied to us. They offered a wire transfer to refund to an american account which I do not have as a foreigner. We expect a refund of $ 165.00 for 3 sales tickets due to a lack of service and operating a bus with a very dirty and unhygienic environment.
