I was offered a 4 day stay at Holiday inn club vacations. Initially, I thought this was the Holiday INN resort in Las Vegas I was booking. While making a reservation, I was asked if I would be interested in a special promotion. I made the mistake and thought this was a Holiday Inn hotel. However, it was later found this was a Holiday Inn Club vacations. Sales Agent used misleading sales tactics and did not disclose that the trip was non-refundable. A sales rep that offered me a 4 day 3 night vacation package at a Holiday Inn at the theme park entrance because I was an IHG Reward member. I had to pay $389 up front. Upon researching this and reviewing my bank statement I noticed this was a mistake. During the call, I was not informed of my Right to cancel within a time period. The person on the phone was his first on the floor, and FAILURE TO DISCLOSE RIGHT TO CANCEL. Every effort was made on my part to resolve this issue with the company. Here is the timeline of the events. In addition, the rep in the call asks me if I made $50k and again I said during the call I was not sure. He was very persistent and said heu2019ll lose his job if I donu2019t say I make 50K. I told him on track to make 50K this year, but I donu2019t know. This was really suspicious. NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED CORRECTLY. I was so confused during the call. He was discussing the details with a supervisor and did not relay the communication properly. The price was changing from 249 to 349. I have not received any emails from the company. I contacted the company over 7 times to try to resolve this issue. I called the HOLIDAY INN main number and confirmed a reservation was NEVER made with them. It was made with the Holiday inn club vacation which is NOT what I wanted. I was present during the call. (Call was disconnected by the company twice. 2/12/2016: Contacted the club and was told it will take several days to review the call. The agent was unable to provide a specific date. The supervisor mentioned she is unable to refund me. No one in the company is able to refund. 2/12/2016: Gloria stated a script is ran and you are told the package is non-refundable or not able to be cancelled. I asked Gloria to let me hear the call

and she refused saying only a quality assurance can pull the call. However

when I spoke to someone on 2/9/15 she informed me she will personally pull the call. 2/12/2016: Called using another phone – And requested a supervisor. I spoke with Gloria and she refused a refund. Also
