My family made a reservation for a condo in Pensacola we got a confirmation from Orbitz then 1 week after reservation was made and 1 week before we leave to go we get a very generic email from Orbitz saying that they have no room available for us and here is a comparable hotel you can stay at . The hotel was not even in the same state and was over 2 hours away. Then it continues on and says if you would like to cancel or change your reservation please let us know . And oh by the way it will take over 5 days to credit your account back and then we will see about making the other reservation if you choose to change hotels. I emailed back and requested a manager to call me and still no response to anything. I have never used Orbitz before and I will never use them again .What absolute HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!! Everyone consumer needs to be aware of this .
