My Complaint: After placing an order for a supplementary dietary product the bill produced was twice the amount advertised. Called immediately and they refused to cancel the order. Asked to speak with a manager and no one was available. Called the next day as advised and still no one was available. Site was taken off the web and cannot reach them now that they have billed our account.

My Demand: Refund and cancellation of order
