Oz Resort AKA Oz Resort Boutique Bought an item didn’t turn up, then got the wrong one, was abused in store! Mosman NSW!!
I’ll keep this short as possible, this was a disgusting experience, and I expected much better for a company that claims it’s been around for 20 years. I bought something from their terrible terrible website, and waited patiently. It never arrived, and when i emailed after a week I didn’t hear back. I emailed again twice with all my details and still nothing. I found they have a physical store so I called the store and the woman who didn’t want to give me the time of day said she “did not do website” and “doesn’t have time for this” and to email. I called again the next day after emailing AGAIN, and asked to speak to the manager. A woman names Jacky came on and with a gruff “what?” again told me to email. I explained I had and had not heard back and basically got told i didn’t know how to use a computer (i’m an IT consultant), and that she did not care about my order as it was online not in store. Finally they looked it up, and said Oh yes, this hasn’t been sent, we didn’t have it. THANKS for telling me! Finally they said they would send it. It arrived 6 days later (they’re local) and it was the wrong colour. I called again and after some arguing, pretty much got told to f*** off, this is what they have and would not give a refund. The way i was treated by this Jacky and other staff was not just unprofessional, but unnecessary. I didn’t not get upset or yell, but was told to learn how to use a computer, to take it up with the ombudsman and that since i was buying a large swimsuit that maybe i shouldn’t be so picky. I’m absolutely disgusted with the store, the staff and service. I’ve since done some research and found other customers have had the same experience with these dragons. More than once they said “weve been in business for 20 years, I think we know what we’re doing!” No, you do not.
