Scamming Want-to-be Contractor-Fraud Warning

My Complaint: We attempted to hire the Contractor with NCAA, through our Field Representative to screen and possibly train the Contractor if accepted. Training is required regardless of experiences of the Potential Contractor. After a brief explanation, the want-to-be Contractor promoted profanity and insults. The individual is not black listed and red flagged to all national governing agencies and should not be allowed to operate a business with their type of mentality. Serious possible mental illness to be expected and has been witnessed. Its is very obvious why they are looking for work.

My Demand: No remain in business with their type of mentality.
