Complaint: I had a loan with ACE for $250 or $300 came on hard times some time went by couldnt get job due to being disabled so paydsy mobility got ahold of me threating me saying there would be consequences if i did not pay such as being arrested come to find out they told me a third party collected my debt and they could not release their info so at the time of the withdraw I was able to find a part time job making 8.25 an hr and working only 20 hrs a week did not have much income but I was freaked out so they withdrawn money from my account twice I was said to be paid in full of my loan with ACE come to find out a few months later that same company ACE contacted me saying I still owe them now I’m confused and broke a lot of bad things have happen since then and this was last year now I can’t get a hold of anybody to get my money back and settle my debt with the real people I’m being taken to court if I don’t settle I need help have no idea what to do
