I subsequently send them another email threatening to open a case with my credit card company and they finally replied with an apology for the delay and indicated that they are behind on orders because the case is a new design. So I waited and finally received a shipping confirmation on 11/09/2017. I finally received the case today and it is looks like a cheap Chinese knockoff of a Mophie phone case.
