I placed an order theough priceline.com for hilton garden in on 35th street in NYC. 1 minute after placing the order, i realized i used the incorrect dates. I called the hotel who told me to call priceline. I called priceline who got on the phone with the hotel and they process the payment right then. I know this as it appeared on my account. The second they realized they could screw over a customer, they did. I then called the hotel back and spoke with the same person that did this at the hotel with the priceline person. Her name was Christina, and she was uncooperative, mean, unprofessional, unhelpful, unwilling to help and unempathetic. Would not even entertain moving my dates, or using that credit toward another stay. Nothing. A true customer service disaster. HIlton should be completely ashamed of themselves. I just got back to work after being laid off for 6 months, and this was my kids college rent money that they stole. Theives. They should go to jail for stealing and get sexually abused hourly for being so horricically devilish scumbags. I always use a credit card, but due to financial situation, I used paypay. THey wont help either.
