On Aug 10, 2012, I bid a hotel room near Convention Center of Philadelphia, PA from Aug 19th to Aug 22nd on Priceline.com. Priceline reserved a hotel outside my selected area. The hotel is more than 15 miles away from the convention center and have no public transportation available. I called custom service immediately trying to correct the mistake and work out a solution. But all the representatives refused to give any help. This is the worst experience I ever had with any company.
