Some negotiating!I purchased a flight on Jet Blue through Priceline.com for $446.40 that Ihad to cancel. I was told I would have the flight credit minus a $100 change fee and a $30 service fee leaving me $316.40 in credit. I went to book a flight today and before doing so I confirmed that I could use the credit, minus the fees and not have to actually pay anything else today. I was then informed that Priceline would deduct the fees and also charge me on my credit card today for the same fees, essentially taking $260 from me reducing the amount of credit to only $204. Before calling priceline I tried to book directly with Jet Blue (which an email from Priceline said I could) but Priceline still has it as an open ticket so Jet Blue can’t access the credit to book the flight for me. This is unfair and when I asked for a supervisor I was told they could not find one available?!?!Money is tight these days and customer service is everything, why would Iever use Priceline again or recommend them? Buyers beware!!!And there customer service is atrocious!!!
