PrimeCare Medicine

They are generally a good practice, up until recently. I got a lab bill for over $300.00 dollars because my insurance information wasn’t submitted. And I gave them TWO insurance cards since I’m still covered under my parents as well. They told me they would take care of it. I got another bill for the same amount with the WRONG insurance plan listed on there and now it says that I have to take care of it by calling the insurance provider or paying the bill?

I have tried calling them repeatedly and have left messages, but have not received a response. They leave a message at my parents house when I always leave my cell number with them. The due date for the bill is coming close and I am freaking out. They used to be on top of things, but with this crazy lab bill and the lack of help that I have received from them, I’m only giving them 1 star. It’s hard to find a good doctor’s office these days and I’m sad to have to start searching for one.
