Charged me twice the agreed amount


My Complaint: I paid them $600+ to fix problems with my computer. They said that fee would cover their supporting my 3 computers. I’m worried that in loading software on my 3 computers, that they have the capability of stealing info from my computers. These are at-home personal computers. I have asked them to resolve the question about double billing and they keep hanging up on me. Their name seems to be associated with scams/fraud from other people.


My Demand: I want to have my money returned for being double-charged over $600.
