My Complaint: Made a one-time donation of $100 dollars. Now I receive a “bill” in the mail EVERY MONTH. The do not answer their phone, there is no direct email, and their contact form on the website does not work.

My Demand: Refund my $100, a letter of apology, and never contact me again.
