I made a reservation on the Ramada website. Some how it defaulted to a third party website. I needed to cancel the reservation and found out there in no refund. I asked to get my room back and I couldn’t do that either! I called the Ramada 800 number for help, you you guessed it got none! Tried to speak with a manager and what a surprise they wouldn’t speak either! I hope they remember that the third party they use is a reflection upon them and their business model. All I want is a refund.
